TAPoR Text Analysis Portal

Installation and Development

The TAPoR web portal for text analyis is freely available for installation on your own computer. The portal is written entirely in Java and runs in Java enabled web containers like Apache Tomcat. The portal can be installed on Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux. In addition to providing several installable cofigurations of the portal, we also encourage contribution to development. More information about contributing to development is available here.

We provide the following configurations of the portal for download:

Simple Install
Requires Java, the MySQL database, the Apache Tomcat web container, and the Apache Ant build tool, all of which are freely available. Instructions

Advanced Install
