Design 1
Features
- horizontal nav bar at top of page - perhaps a nav bar should be at the bottom as well?
- sidebar shows relevant links for each section
- graphical (potentially animated) banner shows "teasers" or describes section of site
- homepage banner inspired by CBS Canada
- copyright and signature at bottom - What should we put here? Should the credits link be here instead?
