Scenario for Peter:

  1. Peter is given an assignment on Hobbes and Locke
  2. He realizes he needs a quick accessible tool to help him analyze the texts.
  3. He searches online for available tools using Google
  4. He comes across the TAPoR portal
  5. He notices the TAPoR portal for word frequency list tools
  6. He finds that the TAPoRware word list tool has been marked as a popular
  7. He notices the Try it option where he gets to choose how to enter in his own texts
  8. He chooses to submit texts using the URL option
  9. He gets the plain text copy of Hobbes' "Leviathan" from Project Guthenberg using the above option
  10. He runs the Leviathan through the List words tool
  11. He experiments with TAPoRwarestop word list
  12. He finds the volume 1 and 2 of the essay "Human Understanding" by Locke
  13. He runs through the word frequency on Locke
  14. He is interested in the occurrence of particular words
  15. He finds an interesting word and goes back to the concordance tool for word context
  16. On the Leviathan, the word "power" occurs 745 times
  17. Peter gets an idea of how many times that word is used
