Video Transfer
- The video is captured directly to drives by Zach. The drives and tapes become our archival copy.
- Zach creates a single DVD for editors with compressed video. 4-6 copies. These are our working copies.
Rough Cuts of Plays
- Editors (Holger) will select the best performance of each play.
- Zach does a rough cut edit with title page and edit in the missing parts. This is broken into scenes.
- We make 100 copies of each.
Pedagogical Project
- Creation of the pedagogical goals statement. SW will manage us to produce a one page consensual statement.
- SW will create an architecture and screen designs which we will critique.
- Once we have the goals and architecture SW will identify content needed (both content that exists and new content needed to create.) We will approve that list and then she will start assembling. These might include things like a timeline of Shakespeare and these plays.
Timeline
- June 4th the video transfer is done and compressed video DVD is circulated to experts to HO, HS, PC. There may be some drift on this.
- June 10th we hope to have the ped statement, architecture, screen design, and content list.
